As part of my efforts to provide nutritional services which are accessible to everyone regardless of financial situation, I’m offering 1 hour, in person meetings at Yoga Village. This meeting will cover general dietary guidelines and health questions, as I’m not able to give specific recommendations without further knowledge (as in: full intake with personal history and a 7 day food journal).
